10. How did Guinness found about this record ? Answer: Mr. Wallace Reyes registered for the attempt in late June 2009. After receiving Guinness World Record confirmation the infrastructure and production of the attempt started. By October an adjudicator from Guinness was assigned to the attempt until November 21, 2009, when the title was confirm in Tampa, by Mr. Stuart Claxton in fornt of hundreds of cigar lovers.
